Events

We gave our first Nintendo DS system to a child in February of 2010.  Genre’s Kids with Cancer Fund soon branched out into other programs and service areas.  Our Fund has grown more quickly than we could ever have hoped.  We are endlessly grateful for the generosity of so many people throughout this journey!  The way in which people have stepped out to help, have given of their time and money, and showed compassion and love has been overwhelming, to say the least.  We greatly appreciate these volunteers and the donations that have been entrusted to us.  We will continue to do our best to serve oncology families and Children’s Hospital. We will continue to be thankful for all the blessings that have come through pediatric cancer.

We host two major fundraising events each year. Our Golf Outing will be held on June 11, 2012 at Edgewood Country Club and our Footsteps in Faith 5K Race will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Irwin Park.
