Spiritual Concerns?
It is normal for spiritual responses to vary greatly at times such as a cancer diagnosis, especially
when that diagnosis is about your child. People can question God, turn away from or turn closer to
God. No response is the 'right' one. If you need help seeing God as you move through this cancer
journey, we would so love to help you. Our family has tried our best to turn to God each time we
felt desperate or satisfied, and He has helped us. We are not ministers, but we would be more than
happy to share our experiences with you. We also know other families who have experienced God's
compassion and love on their own pediatric cancer journey. Each family offers something unique and
special in their experience.
We are blessed to have a minister friend who has traveled the pediatric cancer journey. He has
joyfully agreed to help you in any way he can. Alongside of this minister, the ministers from our home
church, Norwin Christian Church, have lovingly volunteered their time to help you as well.
